Mobile Twinning

With Mobile Twinning AIC VoIP adds the ability to use a mobile as an extension of your office phone using your iPhone or Android smartphone. These mobile extensions also have the ability to dial internal extensions directly, transfer the calls, use system dial tone to dial out, and one touch dialling options for voicemail, office paging, activate/deactivate mobile twinning, etc.

Client Web Portal

AIC empowers the client with a Self-Administration Web Portal to manage their personal configuration parameters such as Profile, Voicemail, DND including the Exception List, Mobility, Call Forwarding, Personal Directory, Button Programming and Voicemail To Email.

Hot Desking

With Hot Desking a number of users can have non-exclusive use of the same extension, where each user logs in with their own identity so they can receive calls and can access their own Voicemail and other facilities. The Directory feature allows the client to maintain a list of up to 2000 numbers and associated names stored centrally in the system. Clients can choose to swap the caller ID function with the directory entry name for ease of call management.
