Professional Track – Cisco Academy
Under the Professional Track under the University Partnership Model, the courses offers are IT Essentials, CCNA, CCNA Security, and CCNP.
To qualify for this, a university must have funds to purchase lab equipment bundles (varies by curriculum), a dedicated classroom of at least 550 square feet or 50 square meters for hands-on practice, student computers for access to curriculum, Persistent Internet access of at least 512 kbps, an instructor available for training and qualification through an Instructor Training Center, An affiliation with an Academy Service Center and partner with AIC to function as it’s ASC and ITC.
This does not, however, prevent a university from offering any courses that do not require instructor training or equipment bundles become immediately available.
